Individual and Couples Psychotherapy and Supervision
Short and Long-term Psychotherapy
I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples in psychotherapy.
Psychodynamic Therapy:
Identifying, acknowledging, and understanding your feelings
Self-awareness and insight
Understanding how you relate to yourself and others
Relationship patterns
Coping through acknowledging feelings and thoughts
Finding meaning in your emotional life
Mindfulness:
Mindfulness involves focusing one’s attention on something (i.e. the breath, walking, sounds, sensations, etc.) in a nonjudgmental manner
When your attention naturally shifts away from the object of focus, you gently bring your attention back
Mindfulness can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, as well as bodily cues to your moods
